Experience:
Bill has served as Dean of Student Life since January, 2003. Before coming to DVC, he served as Coordinator of the Student Conduct & Mediation Program at Oregon State University. Previous experience in mental health counseling and teaching.

MS Psychology - Illinois Institute of Technology

Community Service:
Involved with committees and task groups for County Mental Health.
Adopted Central Park in Antioch with my wife, Delores.
